Maryland Right to Life (MDRTL) is the only statewide advocacy group dedicated exclusively to pro-life issues in Maryland. Each legislative session from January through April, we review and analyze thousands of bills to help you stay informed. MDRTL is currently monitoring or engaged in lobbying efforts on several bills which may impact the right to life in Maryland. This page will be updated continually as the session progresses and as the statuses of bills change. Please share our website (mdrtl.org) with your pro-life family, friends, and churches. You can multiply our impact by encouraging them to take action.

Use our Bill Tracker to contact bill sponsors, committee members, and your own elected officials to encourage them to SUPPORT or OPPOSE the bills listed below. After sending your email or letter to legislators, you should attempt to contact them by phone to share your position. Please always be respectful to legislators and their staff members.
